Our Journey
Our business journey began in mid-2021 as an independent consultant. From the outset, we have been dedicated to providing top-notch consulting services across various industries. Early Projects Our initial projects included contracts with PT Prasetia Dwidharma to support the infrastructure of the outbound call center projects. We also worked on CRM and omnichannels projects for Artha Graha International Bank, as well as a contract with AIRudder Indonesia for a Telesurvey projects using AI-powered Voicebot for Chubb Insurance and Jagadiri Insurance, in collaboration with local BPO company. All these projects were executed through partnerships. |
